Meet the experts:
Ana Paula Bialer
A lawyer and legal and regulatory consultant with a Master of Laws degree from the University of London, she is a founding partner of the law firm BFA and a member of the National Data Protection Council (ANPD) and the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, coordinated by the GSI. She has worked for over 20 years on public policy in the fields of telecommunications, audiovisual media, technology, and data protection.
Luca Belli
He holds a Ph.D. in Public Law from Université Panthéon-Assas and is a professor and researcher at FGV Direito Rio, where he coordinates the Center for Technology and Society (CTS-FGV) and the CyberBRICS project. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Interministerial Committee on Digital Transformation, a member of the National Committee on Cybersecurity, director of the Latin American edition of the Computers, Privacy, and Data Protection conference, and editor of the International Data Privacy Law Journal published by Oxford University Press.
