Working Hours, Economic Growth and Well-Being
In the eighth video of the original “Ponto a Ponto” series, Adriana Marcolino and Hélio Zylberstajn talk about how the working day relates to productivity and well-being, reflecting especially on the effects of a possible reduction in the working day in general and the end of the 6×1 scale in particular.

Adriana Marcolino: “It’s difficult to make all the other dimensions of social life compatible with a 6×1 scale.”
Hélio Zylberstajn: “If the reduction in working hours is passed into law, its impact will be on the CLT world, which accounts for perhaps half of the labor market.”
