volumen 5 de la serie Conexi\u00f3n Am\u00e9rica Latina, \u00abMovimiento al Socialismo: una radiograf\u00eda del poder total en Bolivia\u00bb, de Carlos Mesa, historiador, periodista y pol\u00edtico boliviano que fue presidente de Bolivia (2003-2005), vicepresidente (2002-2003) y candidato presidencial en las elecciones generales de 2019 y 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el autor, en los \u00faltimos 17 a\u00f1os Bolivia ha experimentado una hoja de ruta cl\u00e1sica de las autocracias latinoamericanas, caracterizada por el desmantelamiento, seguido del control del poder judicial por el partido
