\n<\/strong>A lawyer and legal and regulatory consultant with a Master of Laws degree from the University of London, she is a founding partner of the law firm BFA and a member of the National Data Protection Council (ANPD) and the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, coordinated by the GSI. \n<\/strong>He holds a Ph.D. in Public Law from Universit\u00e9 Panth\u00e9on-Assas and is a professor and researcher at FGV Direito Rio, where he coordinates the Center for Technology and Society (CTS-FGV) and the CyberBRICS project.
